We export frozen chicken leg quarters worldwide — the EU, China, Hong Kong, the Middle East and Africa — hand-slaughtered to Halal norms and international requirements. Every batch is washed, cleaned and free of blood, odor or yellow skin, with broken bones held under 3% and moisture under 1%.
Drained at 0 to -5°C for eight hours, blasted at -40°C, and stored at -18°C, each shipment ships 100% fresh-frozen with BV or SGS inspection available at the buyer’s request, plus certificate of origin, health and halal certificates, and a full commercial documentation set.
